30-day returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and components included.

How to start a return

1. Email info@hyperbaricchamberportable.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

All chambers carry a manufacturer warranty against material and workmanship defects. If you experience a defect, reach out and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened consumable accessories (such as sanitizer sprays) may not be eligible for return. We'll let you know if this applies to your order.
